I also support the Service Crews and Builders when they need that crucial part or just an Extra Hand to get your pool up and running. Hi. I am Kenny Schaefer, the Chief Operating Officer at Concord Pools & Spas. My experience in the swimming pool industry spans from 2003 when I initially specialized in the wholesale distribution of swimming pool components across the Northeast for 16 years. Following this, I transitioned into manufacturing swimming pool components for 3 years.

Since joining Concord Pools & Spas in 2021, I have been privileged to collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure we meet and exceed the needs of our valued customers. I am committed to delivering exceptional service and quality within the industry.
