Please use this form to schedule your pool or spa seasonal opening or closing, or other general equipment maintenance or repair. Should you require more assistance, please call our service department at 518-783-8976 ext. 623 to schedule our certified experts for a home visit. Concord Pools & Spas exclusively services and installs inground pools.

This email can be used to request an invitation at concordpools.myservicetitan.com that will allow you to view upcoming and previous services, along with job invoices beginning in 2024. Please allow us approximately ten (10) business days following your request to update your account information before requesting an invitation.

Concord Pools & Spas will only service commercial accounts that we have built.

Scheduling of pool opening and closing requests could take up to 10 business days following your request. If you do not receive an email or text confirmation containing your scheduled date, or it does not appear in your records at concordpools.myservicetitan.com after 10 business days, please contact us at 518-783-8976 ext. 406.
