I really appreciate you sending the guys out this morning. I wanted to make sure you guys know that you really are customer service oriented; you don't get a lot of that these days. My wife and I really appreciate it. The young man that came out (Shane) is fantastic, he's done our openings and closings before. I just wanted to let you know that he did a great job, really took the time to explain, show us what they did and reassured us nothing else was wrecked. Again I just wanted to say thank you, we really appreciate it.
