Service Program
Please carefully review this page which includes our 2025 pricing, along with our service information page as pricing and procedures may have changed for the 2025 Concord Pools & Spas Service Program. To ensure a successful visit from our technicians a signed 2025 Service Program form must be returned along with a credit card on file. Please visit concordpools.myservicetitan.com to save a valid credit card to your service account. We require a credit card on file and a signed form on file prior to all scheduled appointments. The credit card on file will be charged following the completion of the appointment. If you wish to pay with cash or check, the appointment must be prepaid prior to the appointment. If a valid credit card or prepayment has not been received prior, the appointment will be canceled. Declined credit card charges will result in the addition of an additional $20 fee.
Service Customer Portal
Concord Pools & Spas is using ServiceTitan to help provide our customers with easier access to upcoming and previous service appointments, along with invoices from those appointments beginning in 2023. Please visit concordpools.myservicetitan.com to request an invitation using the email associated with your account. Please allow two business days for all new customer information to be entered prior to requesting an invitation. If you have any issues, please contact us at 518-783-8976 ext. 624.
The 2025 Early Bird Discount Program is available to customers scheduling both a pool opening and closing. Prepayment of both appointments no later than April 1, 2025, will result in a discount of $20.00 on your pool closing. This program is only available to customers with a valid credit card on file. Please click the link below to apply for your Early Bird Discount.
Pay by April 1 to receive a discount on your closing. You will receive a confirmation form when your service date is scheduled.
