New Residential Pool Services
Offseason Pool Water Lowering Service (includes first 30 mins.)

Our technician will visit your pool in the offseason and lower your pool’s water level. Prior to the first snowfall, our technician will lower the water below the skimmer on vinyl-lined pools and to the middle of the skimmer on fiberglass pools. Early in the spring, our technician will lower the water to the normal operating level in all pools. Appointments can be requested from November through March. We suggest lowering of the water

Lowering of water should be performed prior to the technician’s arrival and will be performed at the discretion of the technician. Automatic Pool Cover Services
- Concord Pools & Spas will only service automatic pool covers installed with a Concord pool or renovation project.
- Any covers with stone lids will require removal by a hardscaper prior to our technician’s scheduled visit. Upon completion of the service, our technician will inform the customer that the hardscaper can return to reinstall the stone lid. Concord Pools & Spas will not remove and reinstall stone lids, which will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
- Our technicians are not certified electricians, some service calls will require follow up by an electrician, which will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
