Opening and closing of pools with bubblers below the pool water’s normal operating level. Water level should be brought below the bubbler prior to the technician’s arrival or a pump charge and/or rescheduling of the appointment may be required.

Lowering of water levels if necessary (per 30 minutes)

Lowering of water should be performed prior to the technician’s arrival and will be performed at the discretion of the technician. Depending on the amount of time needed, the technician may deem they are unable to lower the water and the appointment will need to be rescheduled to the next available date if they are unable to perform the appointment without lowering the water.

Customers scheduling a pool closing following October 31^st will incur an additional charge.

Any equipment or materials required by the technician and not included in the price of the opening or closing will incur an additional charge. These items include, but are not limited to, drain plugs, o-rings, baskets, valves and winter plugs.

Our technician will visit the pool in late November and early April. In the fall our technician will add a four-month algaecide and in the spring they will add a four-month algaecide and non-chlorine shock. Each appointment will be charged separately.
