Ensuring accurate reporting of ground conditions at each job site is vital for Concord Pools to optimize efficiencies and enhance customer service through precise planning and execution tailored to site-specific requirements.

This data collection also enables us to anticipate digging conditions in the surrounding area by identifying patterns and trends, facilitating informed decision-making, strategic planning, and efficient resource allocation for future pool installations.

To collect soil samples and photo documentation:

  • Take photos of each job site before digging and upon completion of yard excavation.

  • Collect soil samples after excavation, filling the sample container provided in the construction office.

  • Upload job site photos to the customer's profile on the Concord Portal.

  • Complete the filling form and attach it to the sample jar for documentation purposes.
