Hi, my name is John. I am known as the Fixer. I make repairs and maintain the Robotic Pool Cleaners that are brought in by our customers. No Job is too big or small. I also support the Service Crews and Builders when they need that crucial part or just an Extra Hand to get your pool up and running. I always smile and try to brighten the day no matter the problem.

I am Jon Foshee, President & CEO of Concord Pools & Spas. I have been involved in the swimming pool industry my entire life. I grew up working in my parent’s pool store in Rotterdam and, before joining Concord, held the position of Vice President of US Sales for Latham Pool Products. I’ve always respected Concord, the pools they built, and the professionalism of the staff. I am truly honored to now be a part of this team.

Hi. I am Kenny Schaefer, the Chief Operating Officer at Concord Pools & Spas. My experience in the swimming pool industry spans from 2003 when I initially specialized in the wholesale distribution of swimming pool components across the Northeast for 16 years. Following this, I transitioned into manufacturing swimming pool components for 3 years.

Since joining Concord Pools & Spas in 2021, I have been privileged to collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure we meet and exceed the needs of our valued customers. I am committed to delivering exceptional service and quality within the industry.

Hello, my name is Mark Howley. I started at Concord Pools in 1982 and currently serve as the Head of Operations. As Head of Operations, my responsibilities include In-ground Pools Sales, Coordinator of the In-ground Renovation Division, and handling general customer relations issues.

Hi, I’m Matt, the Marketing and Creative Director for Concord Pools and Spas. I oversee marketing, creative processes, communication, and design for the company. I strive to create clear communication and branding through marketing and design avenues so that audiences have a concise understanding of Concord’s vision, superior product, knowledge, and experience.

Hello, I'm Mike Leskowsky, the Parts Manager at our primary location in Latham, NY. My journey in the pool industry began in the summer of 2018, constructing inground pools. Transitioning to the role of Parts Manager at the beginning of 2023 has allowed me to leverage my experience to assist and advise our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional pool season. I take pride in providing top-notch service and guidance to enhance our customers' pool experiences.

Hi, my name is Pam Cannito and I am the Director of Human Resources. I joined Concord Pools in 2000 and have loved watching our Concord family grow… literally! I also enjoy helping our extended Concord families schedule their openings and closings, hearing the excitement in their voices with the prospect of another warm summer, and splashing in the pool!

Hello, my name is Ralph Moore III and I have been making your backyard dreams a reality for over 40 years. As Construction Manager, I work hard laying out each pool to ensure your backyard is made into an oasis of fun and memories.

Rich got his start in the pool business in the summer of 1978 after graduating from Voorheesville Central. While attending SUNY Binghamton, Rich spent his summers servicing and installing pools for Concord. In 1985 Rich became part of Concord’s Management. Running the Clifton Park location, Rich thoroughly enjoyed servicing the pool and spa needs of Concord’s Clifton Park customers over the next ten years.

Hello, my name is Rosanne Ciervo. I joined the Concord Pools team in April of 2008. My career in construction accounting began immediately after graduating from Siena College in 1990. As the Director of Finance for Concord Pools, I am responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable.

Hello, my name is Tim Earl. I am the Service Coordinator here at Concord Pools & Spas. I am responsible for the everyday operations of the retail stores, including the retail stores as well as sauna sales. With over 20 years of experience in the pool and spa industry, I am eager to assist you in any way that I can.

I'm Tyler Park, the Assistant Manager of Concord Pools & Spas in Saratoga Springs. I started my career here in April 2014 as a Retail Sales Associate. Over the past decade, I have leveraged my growing expertise in the pool and spa industry to advance into a managerial position.

I specialize in Spa Sales, Water Analysis, and Retail Sales. I am dedicated to ensuring that all our customers feel satisfied and confident in their experience when shopping with us!
